Bailey Kincannon

As the Practice Manager at Lake CPC, Bailey brings passion, organization, and heart to every part of the hospital’s daily operations. Currently working toward her certification in Veterinary Practice Management (CVPM), she is committed to growing both professionally and in her ability to support the team and the clients who trust them.

With a lifelong love for animals, Bailey found her calling in veterinary medicine through her desire to make a meaningful impact—not just on pets, but on the people who care for them. Her favorite aspects of her role include client education and emergency care, where she can guide pet owners through stressful moments with compassion and clarity.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs—a playful French Bulldog and a senior pitbull. When she’s not at the hospital, you’ll likely find her on the volleyball court or enjoying a cozy evening at home with her pups.
